Upon entering the hotel's restaurant for breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of options available, from the classic 'Full Exmoor' breakfast with bacon, sausage, and eggs cooked to order, to the more unique option of including Exmoor Trout in the meal. the trout added a delicious twist to the traditional breakfast fare. As I enjoyed my meal, I couldn't help but notice the inviting ambiance of the restaurant. Guests were seen relaxing with a cup of tea, coffee, or even wine, adding to the laid-back yet sophisticated atmosphere. the selection of ham, chicken, cheeses, and pickles served with a freshly baked baguette was also a nice touch, providing a lighter option for those looking for a more savory breakfast experience. Overall, the culinary innovation and ambiance of the hotel's restaurant made for a delightful dining experience, setting the tone for a wonderful day of exploring the charming village of Dunster.
